RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Returns are not available on any bulk or custom orders.

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If there is a defect with your product(s), or you received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

3. YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS: We want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with any product after using it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Products may not be returned for fragrance preference. If you are unsure of a fragrance, please try the smallest available size in a new fragrance first, or contact us to see if we have any samples available.

4. RETURNS: Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If your return is approved, you may return the unused portion 14 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a PRODUCT (not shipping) refund according to the following terms. To obtain a PRODUCT (not shipping) refund, your return must be approved and postmarked 14 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.

The following terms apply for all returned items:
– Contact the company at lunarllama@outlook.com or 606-315-6141 and state that you will be returning the product.
– Ship product to PO Box 822, Olive Hill, KY and be sure to include the following:
Your name
Address
Order number
Reason for your return
Action you would like taken (e.g. PRODUCT refund or exchange)
– Refunds will be issued to same payment method used when placing the oringinal order.
– Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case.

Lunar Llama is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days (or sooner) to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.lunarllama.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.lunarllama.com, please contact us for immediate resolution. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THIS SITE. IF YOU CHARGEBACK A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGE FOR A PAYMENT INITIATED BY YOU, YOU AGREE THAT THIS SITE MAY RECOVER THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGEBACK IN ADDITION TO $20 BY ANY MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECHARGING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR HAVING THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY A COLLECTION AGENCY.
